Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once the order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellations will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, a cancellation request within the allowed time will result in a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
