We, M/s.Parames Exports Pvt Ltd (referred also as "Company") is a business enterprise based at Theni dealing in quality clothes best suited for men and women alike. We offer high end products at an affordable price to people in all segments of society. Adherence to quality is our hall mark and ensure customers get more value for their money. We are the trend setters for design, style, elegance and snazzy outlook. Until now, we are concentrating on export of "Linen" clothes to customers in foreign countries.
Realizing vast potentials for standard and quality "Linen" fabrics, we are aiming to penetrate the local markets also, a new boundary we are probing to reach extensively and in high level. The "Linen" fabrics made up of natural fibres have lot of health benefits. The fluffy, cool and smooth texture of "Linen" made wearings enable more comforts to people in tropical landscapes.
Now, we are in the process of selecting franchises along the length and breadth of India to effectively market our products.
The eligibility criteria, terms & conditions for franchise licence:-
1.Ready to incur Rs.10.00 lakh as initial investment for infra structure and stock build up etc.
2. The finalized shop should be with measurement of 800 to 1200 sq.feet. The retail shop may be an owned or rental building with five years remaining & valid contractual obligations.
3. After executing franchise agreement, the preoperative work should be completed within 45 days by mutual co-operation and start business immediately.
4. The "Franchise Holder" needs to pay for the monthly rent, electricity bill of the selected business place. And they are free to appoint employees as per requirement and incur the salary, bonus and other statutory expenses all from their own sources.
5. The franchised outlet should be in a prominent location with easy accessibility to customers.
6. The company will assist in selection, training, grooming and motivating man power for achieving corporate goals as well as personal growth.
7. The infra structure and general outlook of the retail outlet shall be in conformity with design and specifications made by the "Company". The approximate cost for development of the same may be estimated for Rs.3.00 lakh approximately and to be borne by the "Franchise Holder" (It is a first part of initial investment specied for Rs.10.00 lakh by "Franchise Holder").
8. And during opening, the initial lot size of clothes required for total occupation of the shelves with all latest varieties and models is not less than Rs.7,00 lakh only. The 100% amount shall be remitted upfront so as to deliver the goods in time. For all payments made to "Company", the receipts will be issued forthwith. (It is a second part of initial investment specied for Rs.10.00 lakh by "Franchise Holder").
9. For subsequent orders placed for supply of goods after resumption of normal course of business shall be in Cash and Carry terms only.
10. The clothes will be in white, other individual and varied colour combinations with different designs and patterns. The selling price should not be over & above the MRP price fixed therein. And the company will ensure a good profit margin on sale at MRP price. For bulk purchases deep discounts will be available to the advantage for Franchise Holders.
11. The sale is on "Ex-factory term., viz Cost, Insurance, Freight and damages during transit is risk & responsibility of "Franchise Holder"
12. The company will undertake brand level marketing, digital and social marketing, television, radio, newspaper, Google and Face Book advertising,display hoardings and glow sign boards etc.
13. The "Franchise Holder" is expected to render superior customer service and grievances if any shall be attended & redressed immediately.

15. To boost the sales, apart from selling quality linen clothes & readymade wears, a tailor may be employed in the outlet to take measurement instantly and deliver the finished men's/women's wear at the shortest possible time.
16. This is an endeavor aimed at win-win situation for all.
17. The Company reserves the right to select the "Franchise" based on its own assessment and reject any application without assigning any reason therefore. Any decision taken by the "Company" is final and unquestionable.
18. Filing of case based on any claim, dispute & settlement should be in the court of law coming under "Theni" jurisdiction only
19. The "Franchise Holder should issue 90 days prior notice on wishing to rescind the contract and "Company" will not be liable for reimbursing for investments made by the Franchise Holder whatsoever it may be.

2.Priorities shall be accorded to retired army & Government employees, ladies, and disabled persons.
3. Likewise preference will be given to entities already engaged in running textile business with fully furnished show room.

We, M/s.Parames Exports Pvt Ltd (referred also as "Company") is a business enterprise based at Theni dealing in quality clothes best suited for men and women alike. We offer high end products at an affordable price to people in all segments of society. Adherence to quality is our hall mark and ensure customers get more value for their money. We are the trend setters for design, style, elegance and snazzy outlook. Until now, we are concentrating on export of "Linen" clothes to customers in foreign countries.
Realizing vast potentials for standard and quality "Linen" fabrics, we are aiming to penetrate the local markets also, a new boundary we are probing to reach extensively and in high level. The "Linen" fabrics made up of natural fibres have lot of health benefits. The fluffy, cool and smooth texture of "Linen" made wearings enable more comforts to people in tropical landscapes.
Now, we are in the process of selecting franchises along the length and breadth of India to effectively market our products.
The eligibility criteria, terms & conditions for franchise licence:-
1.Ready to incur Rs.10.00 lakh as initial investment for infra structure and stock build up etc.
2. The finalized shop should be with measurement of 800 to 1200 sq.feet. The retail shop may be an owned or rental building with five years remaining & valid contractual obligations.
3. After executing franchise agreement, the preoperative work should be completed within 45 days by mutual co-operation and start business immediately.
4. The "Franchise Holder" needs to pay for the monthly rent, electricity bill of the selected business place. And they are free to appoint employees as per requirement and incur the salary, bonus and other statutory expenses all from their own sources.
5. The franchised outlet should be in a prominent location with easy accessibility to customers.
6. The company will assist in selection, training, grooming and motivating man power for achieving corporate goals as well as personal growth.
7. The infra structure and general outlook of the retail outlet shall be in conformity with design and specifications made by the "Company". The approximate cost for development of the same may be estimated for Rs.3.00 lakh approximately and to be borne by the "Franchise Holder" (It is a first part of initial investment specied for Rs.10.00 lakh by "Franchise Holder").
8. And during opening, the initial lot size of clothes required for total occupation of the shelves with all latest varieties and models is not less than Rs.7,00 lakh only. The 100% amount shall be remitted upfront so as to deliver the goods in time. For all payments made to "Company", the receipts will be issued forthwith. (It is a second part of initial investment specied for Rs.10.00 lakh by "Franchise Holder").
9. For subsequent orders placed for supply of goods after resumption of normal course of business shall be in Cash and Carry terms only.
10. The clothes will be in white, other individual and varied colour combinations with different designs and patterns. The selling price should not be over & above the MRP price fixed therein. And the company will ensure a good profit margin on sale at MRP price. For bulk purchases deep discounts will be available to the advantage for Franchise Holders.
11. The sale is on "Ex-factory term., viz Cost, Insurance, Freight and damages during transit is risk & responsibility of "Franchise Holder"
12. The company will undertake brand level marketing, digital and social marketing, television, radio, newspaper, Google and Face Book advertising,display hoardings and glow sign boards etc.
13. The "Franchise Holder" is expected to render superior customer service and grievances if any shall be attended & redressed immediately.

15. To boost the sales, apart from selling quality linen clothes & readymade wears, a tailor may be employed in the outlet to take measurement instantly and deliver the finished men's/women's wear at the shortest possible time.

17. The Company reserves the right to select the "Franchise" based on its own assessment and reject any application without assigning any reason therefore. Any decision taken by the "Company" is final and unquestionable.
18. Filing of case based on any claim, dispute & settlement should be in the court of law coming under "Theni" jurisdiction only
19. The "Franchise Holder should issue 90 days prior notice on wishing to rescind the contract and "Company" will not be liable for reimbursing for investments made by the Franchise Holder whatsoever it may be.
